Keith Oelrich


Keith Oelrich has been a pioneer in the K-12 online education market for the past 15 years. During that time, he has served as CEO of several companies which have collectively provided K-12 online education programs to thousands of districts, tens of thousands of schools, and millions of students and their families.

Keith was previously the Founder and CEO of Insight Schools. Insight Schools operates one of the nation’s leading networks of full-time, diploma-granting online public high schools, and is now a subsidiary of K12, Inc.

Prior to founding Insight Schools, Keith was the President and CEO of KC Distance Learning (KCDL), where he operated the largest private online high school in the United States. Before joining KCDL, Keith was the President and CEO of Apex Learning, a leading virtual high school company founded by Microsoft’s co-founder Paul Allen.

Liz Rockhold


As Chief Revenue Officer Liz oversees all of the customer facing functions at Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Experience, and Business Operations fall under her purview.

Prior to,  Liz served as SVP of Sales at Illuminate Education and SVP of Sales at Turnitin. Liz has specific expertise in building and managing high performing teams in the K-12 and Higher Ed spaces with SaaS business models, and extensive experience working with venture-backed and private equity-sponsored companies.

A graduate of University of California, Santa Barbara, Liz holds degrees in Political Science and Communications.

Kellie Vavrosky

Interim CFO

Kellie has 20 years of experience in strategic and financial leadership of companies.  Most recently, she led Silvergate Bank (a $2B Fintech bank) through its successful IPO in November 2019.  Previously, she served as CFO for a Portland-based SaaS company with over 400 employees, leading the company through a successful exit.

Brian Rose

Senior VP Business Development

Brian is responsible for the management of state-level initiatives and strategic partnerships. In this role, Brian collaborates with state departments of education, state legislators, and district and school-level administrators to advocate for the importance of ensuring all students receive instruction of technology and digital literacy skills. Brian also manages strategic partnership relationships that extend and enhance’s solution. Educated as an engineer, Brian has spent his career helping start and expand early stage and emerging growth technology companies.

In 2006, Rose ventured into the education market and quickly realized his passion for assisting communities to engage and positively impact all kids through innovative and relevant educational programs that empower them to explore and pursue their individual interests and potential.

Prior to, Brian served as Vice President of Client Services for Charter School Capital, a specialty finance firm that provides charter schools across the nation with the funding necessary to meet their operational and expansion objectives. Prior to Charter School Capital, Brian held senior-level positions with Ignite Education Group, Pinnacle Education, and Insight Schools.

A graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology, Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology.

Rob Magliano

VP of Sales

Rob is a K-12 edtech leader with over 23 years of experience building and managing successful teams at some of the industry’s most innovative organizations.  He comes from a family of educators and has devoted his career to helping companies establish meaningful partnerships with school districts throughout the country.  As Vice President of Sales for, he is responsible for the Sales and Customer Success departments and functions. 

Prior to, Rob served in a variety of executive sales leadership positions within companies such as Illuminate Education, KinderCare Education, MIND Research Institute, American Reading Company, Test U, Lightspan, and Computer Curriculum Corporation.  His broad-range of K-12 solutions expertise includes Core Instruction, Supplemental Literacy, Learning Management Systems, Out-of-School Time Programs, Special Education, Supplemental Mathematics, Social-Emotional Learning, Test Preparation Programs, Data-Analytics and Assessment Platforms, STEM Education and Professional Development.

A graduate of the University of Maryland, Rob holds a BA in Communications with a minor in Leadership Development.

David Mills

VP of Technology

David is a technology management expert with an over 25-year track record of software development experience. He leads’s product development programs and is highly regarded for his team building and leadership approaches.

Prior to joining, David served as the Director of IS Operations and Development for NWEA, as Vice President of Information Technology at TransCore Commercial Services (DAT Services) and as Director of Development for Automatic Data Processing, Inc., Dealer Services Group.

David attended Portland State University in School of Business Administration, and received a degree in Computer Programming from Portland Community College.

Vicki Price

VP of People Development & Performance

Vicki is instrumental in keeping the culture vibrant and engaging. An innovative human resources professional, Vicki orchestrates the company’s “work hard, play hard” environment and supports a diverse staff by developing ongoing professional learning opportunities along with open lines of communication and collaboration.

Prior to her position at, Vicki served as VP of Operations for SmartStuff Software, Director of Marketing and Membership Services for the Software Association of Oregon, Director of Operations for Chorus Systems, Inc., and HR Manager for Metropolitan Family Service.

She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Portland Human Resources Management Association.

Paul Ownby

Director of Product

As the Director of Product Strategy for, Paul provides product direction for all of’s product offerings. He has worked in product management and content development for over 20 years with a particular focus on technology and education.

Paul is passionate about developing products that leverage technology to help administrators, teachers and students. He is an advocate for effective digital and technical learning and in leveraging what we know about how we learn to make learning and teaching efforts more efficient. As part of the initial product development team for’s EasyTech curriculum, Paul worked to establish content design guidelines for’s interactive lessons that leveraged principles found in the science of learning to maximize learning in online lessons.

A graduate of Brigham Young University, Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.

Amber oversees the Implementation Services and Training teams at In her leadership role, Amber ensures that customers have everything they need to launch and use’s digital skills solutions productively and effectively right from the start. From customer-facing training to pedagogical consultation to analysis of customer data and journey mapping, Amber is one of the key internal “voices of the customer” at

Prior to joining in 2012, Amber heartily embraced her inner nerd by supporting digital applications at Dark Horse Comics and developing technical support resources at Blizzard Entertainment.

Carina Aldridge

Director of Marketing

Carina Aldridge is the Marketing Director at where she leads a team of educators, creators, writers, strategic problem solvers, and behavioral analysts.

With Carina at the helm, her team focuses first and foremost on providing value to our audience and listen to the needs and challenges faced by our prospects and customers and design solutions and resources that solve for these.

Prior to joining, Carina led the marketing team at a leading curriculum management company, Rubicon International, as well as developed its customer success division. She played an integral role in the 2018 PE acquisition and the subsequent merger with another edtech company.

Carina graduated from Portland State University with a BA in Marketing Management and a minor in French.

Logan Rhodehamel

Director of Application Development

Logan oversees the development and UX teams at In his leadership role, his focus is the development and timely delivery of great products that help students succeed.

Logan has worked in the software development field for over 24 years with experience in public, private, and non-profit sectors.  He is a strong believer in design-thinking, Agile processes, and servant leadership. He advocates for empowered, collaborative teams that incorporate diverse perspectives.

Logan graduated from Oregon State University with a BS in Economics.

Andrew Grimes

Director of IT & DevOps

Andrew has over 20 years of experience as a leader in the IT field and leads the DevOps, Customer Service, and internal helpdesk teams at  His teams ensure’s products are highly available, that its customers’ data is safe and secure, and that users have the support they need to have a great experience.

Prior to joining, Andrew led the Infrastructure team at Concordia University, was an IT consultant for schools through Educational Service District 112, taught evening technology courses at Clark Colleges, and was a Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Instructor for the United States Air Force.

Andrew has a Masters in Computer Resource and Information Management from Webster University, a Bachelors in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and an Associates in Instructor of Technology and Military Science from the Community College of the Air Force.  He also has achieved many industry-standard certifications to include a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE), and a VMware Certified Professional (VCP).

Jeff Meyer

Director of Education

Jeff Meyer is the Director of Education and is’s resident product expert for our digital literacy solutions who works to identify best practices for internal and external audiences.

Jeff has 34 years of experience working in education as a public-school teacher and coach, district curriculum and technology director and administrator. He is passionate about the need to transform education using data-based, inquiry-driven approaches and digital resources, especially with urban students and educators.

Prior to his eleven years of service with, Jeff worked in the Austin and Eanes school districts, Education Service Center, and University of Texas at Austin, Texas.
