Sean Sullivan
CFO
Sean’s career in business strategy, finance, and operations spans a vast array of industries from technology to mineral exploration. Prior to joining the Learning.com team, he worked for 11 years at Fortior Solutions, a software company providing identity management services to the military, where he ultimately served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President.

Brian Rose
SVP Strategic Initiatives
Educated as an engineer, Brian has spent his career helping start and expand early stage and emerging growth technology companies. Brian previously served as VP Client Services at the specialty finance firm Charter School Capital. Brian has also held senior-level positions with Ignite Education Group, Pinnacle Education and Insight Schools.

Theresa Poprac
SVP Sales and Marketing
Joining Learning.com in 2021 as VP of Sales and Marketing, Theresa Poprac has more than 25 years of experience in senior positions in both the education and education technology fields. With degrees in both economics and educational leadership, she has provided innovative sales management, business development, and strategic planning experience to impact the future of the education industry.

Vicki Price
VP of People Development & Performance
An innovative human resources professional, Vicki orchestrates Learning.com’s “work hard, play hard” environment and supports a diverse staff by developing ongoing professional learning opportunities along with open lines of communication and collaboration. Prior to Learning.com, Vicki served in leadership roles at SmartStuff Software, Software Association of Oregon, Chorus Systems, Inc. and Metropolitan Family Service.

Logan Rhodehamel
VP of Product Development
Logan has worked in the software development field for over 24 years, with experience in public, private and non-profit sectors. Logan oversees the development and UX teams at Learning.com, guided by his strong belief in design-thinking, Agile processes and servant leadership, with the goal of creating and delivering great products that help students succeed.

Jessica Hall
VP of Customer Success
Deleted:Jessica has worked in K-12 for the better part of 20 years, working with educators nationally and internationally. Since 2011, she has worked in edtech, helping educators develop and implement thoughtful, technology-integrated instructional programs for their learners. Jessica previously led customer success teams for Houghton-Mifflin Harcourt and Waggle.

Gordon Smith
VP of Product Strategy
Gordon Smith has been an education entrepreneur for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Learning.com as vice president of product strategy in 2023, he co-founded Codesters, a web-based coding curriculum that teaches the Python coding language to 8th through 12th graders. He also created a tutoring company that provides in-person and online support to help students overcome barriers to learning..

An experienced revenue, sales and operations leader, Jonathan is passionate about bringing together cross-functional teams to create great products, experiences, and services to meet the needs of educators, and keep customers at the forefront of everything we do.

Erin Patterson
Director of Product
Deleted:Erin Patterson has more than 20 years of IT experience, in roles including technology manager and application developer. Her skills in customer service, retail, business process improvement, budgeting and team building all serve her in her role overseeing Learning.com’s product development. Prior to joining Learning.com, Erin worked for Nike, Adidas and Hollywood Entertainment.

Kelli Erwin, Ed.D.

Dr. Kelli Erwin has been in the field for K-12 education for over 20 years as a classroom teacher, technology lab teacher, GT specialist and a district-level instructional specialist. In her role as Director of Education for Learning.com, she incorporates her years of experience along with new trends and pedagogical understanding to design and create learning experiences and support resources to meet the varying needs of students and teachers.
