She previously served as president of Learning A-Z, CEO of Illustrative Mathematics, and has also had leadership positions at Stride, McGraw-Hill Education, SchoolNet and Laureate Education. Everywhere she goes, Lisa brings curiosity, innovative thinking and a commitment to doing what’s best for students and educators.
Sean Sullivan
COO & CFO
Sean’s career in business strategy, finance, and operations spans a vast array of industries from technology to mineral exploration. Prior to joining the Learning.com team, he worked for 11 years at Fortior Solutions, a software company providing identity management services to the military, where he ultimately served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President.
Carolyn Ewing-Turner
VP of Marketing
Carolyn joined Learning.com in 2024 as a seasoned strategic marketer who has served in senior business-to-business marketing roles in the insurance and health care industries. Working for Fortune 100 brands, she’s been responsible for brand strategy, value proposition development & campaign execution and field marketing. Most recently, Carolyn served as VP of marketing at Colonial Life.
Logan Rhodehamel

Logan has worked in the software development field for over 24 years, with experience in public, private and non-profit sectors. Logan oversees the development and UX teams at Learning.com, guided by his strong belief in design-thinking, Agile processes and servant leadership, with the goal of creating and delivering great products that help students succeed.

She has extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement and organizational change management. Ayana has successfully led HR across several industries, enhancing HR operational efficiency and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
