Learning.com has once again been named among the Top Workplaces in Oregon and Southwestern Washington! We’ve now been recognized 7 of the last 8 years for our inclusive, welcoming culture. Our HR team meets with new hires around their six month work anniversary, and I’ve been told more than a few times that the company culture we told them about during the hiring process turned out to be completely accurate. We tell applicants that Learning.com is a place where everyone is kind, caring, inclusive and downright wonderful to work with. Six months later, they tell us they’ve found it to be true.
