Keith Oelrich

Keith Oelrich — CEO

Keith Oelrich has been a pioneer in the K-12 online education market for the past 14 years. During that time, he has served as CEO of several companies which have collectively provided K-12 online education programs to thousands of districts, tens of thousands of schools, and millions of students and their families.

Keith is presently CEO of Learning.com. LCOM was founded in 1999, and provides content, tools and services to help districts offer online and blended-learning programs to over 3 million users. Keith was previously the Founder and CEO of Insight Schools. Insight Schools operates one of the nation's leading networks of full-time, diploma-granting online public high schools, and is now a subsidiary of K12, Inc. Prior to founding Insight Schools, Keith was the President and CEO of KC Distance Learning (KCDL), where he operated the largest private online high school in the United States. Prior to joining KCDL, Keith was the President and CEO of Apex Learning, a leading virtual high school company founded by Microsoft's co-founder Paul Allen.

Keith earned his MBA degree from Cornell University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Washington. Keith was recognized in 2008 by the US Distance Learning Association for Leadership by an individual in the field of distance learning; and in 2009 by the International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL) for Outstanding Individual Contribution to the K-12 online learning industry.

Clifford Green

Cliff Green – VP of Education and Customer Experience

Dr. Cliff Green is vice president of education and customer experience. and oversees the Implementation, Customer Service and Inside Sales Departments. Prior to Learning.com, Green served as acting vice president of education and school operations for Ignite Education Group. In October of 2011, Governor C.L. “Butch” Otter appointed Green as the executive director of the Idaho Education Network, a statewide, high-speed broadband and Video Tele Conference (VTC) system designed to deliver educational opportunities to Idaho’s students, schools and communities.

Prior to joining the Idaho Education Network, Green served as a regional vice president and executive director for Insight Schools, executive director for the Idaho School Boards Association, and as a district technology coordinator and business education teacher. Green also owns Praxis Management Group, an education and business consulting company.

Green previously chaired the Boise State University College of Education Advancement Committee. He was the gubernatorial appointment to the Idaho Council for Technology in Learning, as well as an appointee to the Students Come First Technology Taskforce. He holds a Doctorate of Education degree in curriculum and instruction from Boise State University, a Masters in Business Education degree from the University of Idaho and a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from Boise State.

Suketu Pandya

Suketu Pandya — CTO

Suketu Pandya is the Chief Technology Officer at Learning.com. His varied career path includes spearheading technology innovation, leading product development from concept to delivery, and establishing processes to improve productivity. He focuses on building and leading collaborative teams to grow organizations and enhance customer satisfaction. Suketu has extensive experience working with start-up and turnaround companies to build and manage platforms, applications, network infrastructure, and other technology solutions. He is passionate about creating a high quality customer experience combined with lower cost of ownership.

Suketu was recently Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at NWEA, a not-for-profit education services company based in Portland, Oregon. He applied his advance skills and fluency in leading-edge technologies to transform NWEA’s client-server architecture to SaaS and cloud computing architecture. Prior to NWEA, he co-founded Centrisoft Corporation to improve the quality of end-user experience for large enterprise customers who implement converged networks using voice as well as data applications. Prior to Centrisoft, he co-founded Centricity, Inc. to enable enterprise customers to manage bandwidth consumption for branch office networks. At Sync Research, he made significant contributions to transform a small contracting firm into a product company leading to highly successful IPO.

Sal Rahman

Salik (Sal) Rahman - VP of Sales

As Vice President of Sales, Rahman provides strategic oversight for all Learning.com sales initiatives. With more than 20 years of experience in the education industry, Rahman understands the needs, challenges, and opportunities educators face in today’s complex market.

Before coming to Learning.com, Rahman was responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations for the K-12 market at Turning Technologies/eInstruction. He also oversaw market competitiveness, pricing, compensation, distribution, and channel strategy. Prior to Turning Technologies/eInstruction, Rahman led the Education Division at Scantron Corporation as their Vice President of Sales and Strategic Partnerships.

Rahman holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Oakland University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University. He has extensive leadership training and holds certifications from several sales and leadership programs.

Brian Rose

Brian Rose – VP of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Rose is responsible for the identification and development of strategic partnerships within non-traditional market segments and geographies. Educated as an engineer, Rose has spent the majority of his career helping start and expand early stage and emerging growth companies. In 2006, Rose ventured into the education market and quickly realized his passion for assisting communities to engage and positively impact kids through innovative and relevant educational programs.

Prior to Learning.com, Brian served as Vice President of Client Services for Charter School Capital, a specialty finance firm that provides charter schools across the nation with the funding necessary to meet their operational and expansion objectives. Prior to Charter School Capital, Rose held senior-level positions with Ignite Education Group, Pinnacle Education, and Insight Schools.

A graduate of the Oregon Institute of Technology, Rose holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology.
