Everywhere she goes, Lisa brings curiosity, innovative thinking and a commitment to doing what’s best for students and educators.
Sean Sullivan
COO & CFO
Sean’s career in business strategy, finance, and operations spans a vast array of industries from technology to mineral exploration. Prior to joining the Learning.com team, he worked for 11 years at Fortior Solutions, a software company providing identity management services to the military, where he ultimately served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President.
Kelly Crabb

Kelly Crabb serves as the Chief Growth Officer for Learning.com. Kelly is passionate about leading mission-aligned organizations at the intersection of innovation and social impact to deliver solutions that empower learners and educators. Prior to her role at Learning.com, Kelly served in SVP roles at Honor Education, Mainstay and served as Global VP of Sales at ExamSoft, resulting in successful exit to Turnitin. Kelly is driven by a deep belief in education as a catalyst for social and economic mobility.

Ayana Albert is a highly experienced HR executive with over 25 years of expertise in building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth and implementing strategic HR practices across various industries. She has extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement and organizational change management. Ayana has successfully led HR across several industries, enhancing HR operational efficiency and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Logan Rhodehamel
VP of Product Development
Logan has worked in the software development field for over 24 years, with experience in public, private and non-profit sectors. Logan oversees the development and UX teams at Learning.com, guided by his strong belief in design-thinking, Agile processes and servant leadership, with the goal of creating and delivering great products that help students succeed.
