Admin Boot Camp: A Framework for Designing a Learning.com Implementation

This session supports district leaders in developing a strategic implementation plan for EasyTech or TechApps for Texas at the district or school level. Participants will engage in a planning framework that defines the purpose and goals for digital technology instruction, considers what skills to teach, who will deliver instruction, where instruction will take place, and what technology and training supports are required for successful implementation. District leaders will also examine which stakeholders—such as instructional leaders, teachers, and technology staff—should be involved in the planning process. This session is designed for leaders new to Learning.com as well as those seeking to refine or adjust an existing model. An implementation planning document will be provided to all attendees.
