TCEA and Learning.com — coming together to boost
Technology Literacy in Texas

TCEA is collaborating with Learning.com to offer all Texas districts a technology literacy assessment in the 2011-2012 school year at no cost to districts. To help you prepare your teachers and students for this assessment and for the new TA-TEKS, TCEA members can participate in the following special promotions:

  • Professional Development creates 21st Century Teachers
  • Curriculum prepares teachers to teach the current AND revised TA-TEKS
  • Assessment prescribes from over 85 hours of content to give teachers just the PD they need
  • Identifies students' learning needs
  • Provides data to inform instruction
  • Combined with instruction, helps students succeed in the statewide TCEA 8th Grade technology literacy assessment
