Below we've assembled answers to commonly asked questions about logging in to EasyTech. If you're experiencing login problems, look for an answer here. If you are a designated EasyTech coordinator, and have additional questions that are not answered here, please contact support at:

How do I log in to EasyTech?
To log in to EasyTech from www.learning.com or from this page, simply enter your username, password, and district information as provided to you by Learning.com or by your school or district's EasyTech coordinator.

What if I can't find my login information?
If you have not received your login information, or cannot remember it, please contact your school's EasyTech coordinator or if you are the EasyTech coordinator, please contact Support. If you know your username, but have forgotten your password, you can use the Forgot Password link on the Log In box to set a new password for your account.

What do I put in the district field?
The district login field allows Learning.com to personalize usernames for teachers within each district. When you log in for the first time, enter the first word or words of your school district's name. If an exact match is detected, you will be logged in to EasyTech. If no exact match is found, the log in box will refresh and a drop-down list will appear from which you can select the correct district. Once you have selected the correct district, that district will generally appear automatically on that computer.

What if my school or organization is not part of a public school district?
Some schools, companies, and organizations are not part of a public school district. When that's the case, enter the first word of your organization or school into the district login field. If an exact match is detected, you will be logged in to EasyTech. If no exact match is found, the log in box will refresh and a drop-down list will appear from which you can select the correct organization. Once you have selected the correct organization, that organization will generally appear automatically on that computer.

What if I have pop-up blocking capabilities in my browser?
In today's learning environments, it's common for pop-up blocking applications to be used to stop the appearance of unwanted advertisements. If the settings of the blocker are too restrictive, they may keep wanted pop-up windows from appearing, including windows associated with EasyTech. To determine if this is the case, disable your blocking software or setting and attempt to access the EasyTech resource. For more information on how to disable pop-ups, access the EasyTech Technical Troubleshooting Guide found at www.learning.com/support. If you continue to have problems accessing EasyTech, please have your EasyTech coordinator contact Support and we'll be happy to help solve the problem.
